Welcome to Raised By The Ride. Raised By The Ride is a brand and online store operated by LCCF LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. In these Terms of Service, “Raised By The Ride,” “LCCF LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LCCF LLC doing business as Raised By The Ride.

We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, messaging, and services, to provide you with a shopping experience (the “Services”). Raised By The Ride is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, opting in to communications from, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we change, cancel, or do not accept an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Purchases are subject to returns only in accordance with our Return Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all orders. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay all applicable charges, including shipping, handling, and taxes.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

“Raised By The Ride,” our logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of LCCF LLC doing business as Raised By The Ride. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party’s terms.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or materials. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content, websites, products, or services. If you access a third-party site, you do so at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Raised By The Ride is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through this store are made directly with Raised By The Ride, operated by LCCF LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Raised By The Ride, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Raised By The Ride.

SECTION 10 - SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Raised By The Ride, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from LCCF LLC doing business as Raised By The Ride at the phone number you provided. These messages may include marketing messages, promotional offers, abandoned cart reminders, abandoned checkout reminders, browse reminders, order updates, customer support messages, and other messages related to the Services.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Raised By The Ride.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive may depend on your interaction with our website, your shopping activity, your cart or checkout activity, your purchases, and the marketing campaigns or automated messages we send. You may receive multiple messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages or data depending on your wireless plan. Raised By The Ride is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you reply STOP, we may send a final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you should no longer receive marketing text messages from us unless you opt in again.

SMS message delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers, mobile networks, and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may use Shopify and other SMS service providers, telecommunications providers, messaging aggregators, carriers, compliance vendors, and related service providers to send and manage text messages. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information related to SMS messaging is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use our Services or messaging features for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, misleading, or prohibited purposes. We may suspend or terminate messaging access if we believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, carrier requirements, or Shopify messaging requirements.

SMS marketing content from Raised By The Ride will relate to our brand, products, promotions, orders, and customer support. We do not use SMS marketing to promote prohibited content such as alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis or CBD, illegal substances, firearms or weapons, fireworks, gambling, political content, hateful content, obscene content, malicious software, fraudulent messages, debt collection or forgiveness, high-risk financial services, multi-level marketing, or third-party lead generation.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process information about your use of the Services in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.

SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
