Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days. During new drops or high-volume periods, it may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available during select promos or drops. If free shipping is active, it will show at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Right now, we mainly ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., check back as we grow the brand and open up more shipping options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link sent to the email used at checkout. Give the tracking a little time to update after it’s scanned by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Eligible apparel may be returned for a refund if it is unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and still in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or removed from their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges for wrong sizes, color changes, or switching to a different product. If your item is eligible, you can return it for a refund and place a new order for the size or item you want.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, we are not able to swap it for another size. You can return eligible apparel for a refund as long as it is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, then place a new order for the correct size.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
If something shows up damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We’ll review it and help make it right.
Sizing & Products
How do the shirts fit?
Most tees have a relaxed, everyday fit. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering, especially for kids sizes or oversized looks.
Do you have kids sizes?
Yes. Select designs are available in kids sizes. Availability may change by drop, so grab the size you need while it’s in stock.
Will sold out items come back?
Some items may restock, but not every drop is guaranteed to come back. If you see something you want, don’t wait too long.
How should I wash my tee?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to help the print last longer.

What is Drop 01?
Drop 01 is the first Raised By The Ride release. It’s the first run of tees built around throttle, chaos, garage energy, and two wheels.
Are your drops limited?
Yes, many RBR drops are limited first runs. Once certain sizes or designs are gone, they may not come back right away.
How do I hear about new drops first?
Join the drop list on the site. You’ll get first access to new tees, kids drops, free tee chances, and limited-run alerts.
Rep The Ride
What is the RBR Rep Program?
The RBR Rep Program is for people who want to help launch the brand, share their code, and earn rewards like free gear.
Do I need a huge following to become a rep?
No. You don’t need to be internet famous. We’re looking for people who actually fit the brand, share the ride culture, and want to help spread RBR.
How do I become a rep?
Head to the Rep The Ride page and sign up. If accepted, you’ll get details on your code, rewards, and how the program works.

How do I contact RBR?
Use the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number if your question is about an existing order.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and correct address. Once an order ships, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
